Job summary

Stoner's Pizza Joint is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurants. You will lead restaurant teams, drive sales and profitability, protect brand standards, and ensure guest experiences are consistently excellent across the assigned area.

The Area Manager is a pivotal link between restaurant leaders and company management, using data to guide decisions and develop General Managers for long-term success. Occasional travel between locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-location restaurant teams.
• Strong financial acumen; experience with P&L reviews and cost control.
• Skilled coach who develops General Managers and unit leaders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop management teams across locations.
• Drive sales, profitability, and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Review financials and operational metrics to identify improvements.
• Provide regular leadership updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Travel between restaurants as required to support teams.
