A leading franchise of Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Multi-Unit Leader responsible for managing multiple locations. You will train and support staff to ensure service quality and operational standards are met, while leading a dynamic team in a fun work environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably QSR.
• Multi-unit supervision experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train General Managers and employees of multiple drive-ins.
• Ensure operational standards and food quality across locations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire management team members for staffing.
