Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple units in Utah. You will work closely with restaurant leaders in your area, visiting sites 2–3 days at a time to coach and guide performance, while driving sales and controlling labor and food costs.

A strong focus on developing teams and building a positive, energetic culture is essential. You will mentor leaders, ensure staffing, and help create a bench of future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple units.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop leadership teams.
• Track record of growing sales and managing cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside restaurant leaders in designated area.
• Visit restaurants 2–3 days at a time to provide direction and feedback.
• Support leaders in achieving targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Foster a positive culture and develop future leaders.
