Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee five to six Popeyes restaurants, directly responsible for the Profit & Loss statement.

You will lead a restaurant management team, collaborate with the corporate office, and drive improvements in operations, marketing, finance, and technology. You will build a high-performing team, recruit talent, coach managers, and ensure adherence to brand standards while achieving operational excellence across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–4 years of restaurant management or multi-unit experience.
• Proven coaching and training experience, strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage operations and profitability across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant management team to maintain guest satisfaction with safe, clean operations.
• Develop operational plans to support company initiatives and brand standards.
• Review guest feedback and address concerns to maintain community presence.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent; implement training programs and performance plans.
• Make people decisions including assessments, coaching, and development of store managers.
