Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of multi-unit leadership in hospitality or retail, with a proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Ability to teach, develop, coach managers and motivate restaurant teams.
