Job Functions:

• This position requires travel, work, and training across multiple locations to support operations, improve skills, and ensure performance standards.
• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals, while identifying process improvements.
• Use creative thinking and cross-department collaboration to develop innovative solutions, refine workflows, and enhance customer experience and operational performance.
• Mentor and empower teams across locations, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, embrace new technologies, and adopt best practices to promote business growth.
• Analyze key metrics, manage budgets, and develop strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Promote Love’s culture by fostering a dynamic, inclusive work environment focused on teamwork, innovation, and customer service.

Experience:

• 5+ years of Multi-Unit Management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L Responsibility across multiple units preferred.
• Willingness to relocate is required.

Physical Demands:

• Regular talking and hearing. Involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
• Occasional lifting/moving items over 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities are required.
