Job description

Join to apply for the Multi-Unit Leader role at Guernsey Holdings.

Work closely with restaurant managers, crew, and the Director of Operations to ensure goals in customer service, financial results, recruiting, training, and operations are met. The Area Supervisor will focus on maximizing each restaurant's potential and leading a team of top performers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Oversee daily operations and financial performance
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and re-training staff
  • Assess talent and provide feedback
  • Support new menu, product, and marketing rollouts
  • Provide leadership and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service
  • Resolve conflicts and improve team performance
  • Respond to customer concerns proactively
  • Train and develop employees for promotion
  • Manage costs and increase sales to maximize profit
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and food safety standards
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Ability to develop and empower teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel between locations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven customer service record
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours/week, including weekends and evenings
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years multi-unit quick service restaurant management experience.

Physical Requirements:
  • Work a minimum of 50 hours/week
  • Stand/walk for 8-10 hours/day
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Work in various environments and tolerate noise
