General Manager – Upscale Medical Spa (Atlanta – Buckhead & Brookhaven)

Are you ready to lead at the forefront of health and wellness? Join one of the fastest-growing medical spa franchises offering IV Hydration Therapy and Vitamin Injections to an upscale market across multiple states. With rapid expansion underway and new franchise locations in development, we’re seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee two premier Atlanta clinics in Buckhead and Brookhaven.

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for daily operations, sales performance, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences at both locations. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for wellness and customer care.
You will report directly to the Franchise Owner and work closely with our Corporate Support Team to ensure alignment with our brand standards and growth goals.
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring excellence in service, cleanliness, and client satisfaction.
Drive Membership and Package Sales through team leadership and strategic sales initiatives.
Train and lead staff to deliver exceptional customer service and effective suggestive selling.
Manage administrative functions including inventory, payroll, staff scheduling, and reporting.
Develop and maintain B2B partnerships and support grassroots marketing efforts to increase brand awareness.
Monitor performance metrics and financial reports to track and achieve business goals.
Provide thoughtful, timely feedback and post-sale support to maintain high customer retention.
Foster a team culture aligned with our Core Values and professional development goals.
Proven experience selling memberships, wellness programs, or service packages.
2–3 years of management experience in wellness, fitness, retail, or medical spa environments.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a customer-first mentality.
Reliable transportation for traveling between locations and attending events.
Experience with grassroots marketing and building local B2B relationships.
Familiarity with spa, fitness, or medical wellness operations.
Previous experience using SquareandGusto.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure, including in medical or staff-shortage situations.
Tech-savvy with moderate proficiency in MacOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
High energy, self-motivated, and committed to success—without a fear of failure.
Ability to manage and motivate clinical and front-of-house staff, including Registered Nurses and Wellness Consultants.
Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Shifts: 8–10 hours per day, including rotating weekends
Locations: Buckhead and Brookhaven (clinics are 3 miles apart)
Starting Salary: $50,000+ annually
