Job summary

Potbelly is seeking a District Manager I to lead and coach shop teams across 4 or fewer locations. In this field role, you will set goals, monitor performance, and drive sales, service and food quality while upholding Potbelly standards.

You will develop General Managers, recruit and mentor leaders, and execute the People, Customer, Sales and Profit plans to maximize shop profitability. Travel is frequently required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership experience, managing multiple units.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or restaurant environments.
• Proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach shop General Managers to improve operations and profitability.
• Develop and monitor annual business plans for the market.
• Recruit, develop and manage District Managers and Shop Managers.
• Oversee 4 or fewer locations and support with field leadership.
