Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is looking for a District Manager to supervise multiple Domino's locations in Hartsville, South Carolina. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of management experience in fast food, preferably with Domino's Pizza, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, supporting general managers, and ensuring excellent customer service. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. This position emphasizes operational excellence and proactive team engagement.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing a group of Domino’s Pizza or fast food restaurants.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve the operating plan with managers.
• Build sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Support General Managers with tools to operate effectively.
• Maintain effective communication at all times.
• Ensure stores are properly staffed and trained.
• Perform administration duties and provide reports.
• Uphold company policies and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Enforce safety and security standards.
