Job summary

Vintners Distributors Inc. in Union City, CA is seeking a District Manager to oversee 11–13 stores generating $10–$15 million in revenue. You will work with operators to implement plans, drive growth in fuel and car wash sales, and ensure execution of corporate strategies at the store level.

You will be the critical link between headquarters and stores, communicating needs back to the corporation while leading a performance-driven team across California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience or 2+ years multi-unit management experience.
• Retail, sales or customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to drive and travel.
• On-call work availability.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 11–13 company-operated stores with $10–$15 million in revenue.
• Develop, update and execute annual budgets and business plans with store operators.
• Monitor store operations, providing coaching and assistance to store management.
• Promote efficiency to maximize store profitability.
• Ensure key processes are in place through store visits, evaluations and data analysis.
• All other duties as assigned.
