Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to develop and implement programs that elevate bedside nursing care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.

The role requires an ADN with BSN preferred and MSN, current TN RN license, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Three years of clinical experience and some management/teaching skills are preferred to support staff development.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Associate School of Nursing.
BSN required with MSN preferred.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
RN license in Tennessee.
Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
Some management experience and teaching skills preferred.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to learn management skills.

Responsibilities

This position develops and implements programs to enhance the overall skills of associates that provide bedside nursing care to the patient.
The multi-specialty Clinical Resource Nurse works very closely with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement in patient care.
The overall goal of the multi-specialty CRN is to facilitate the development of nursing staff that render care at the bedside.
