The multi-specialty Clinical Resource Nurse works very closely with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement in patient care. The overall goal of the multi-specialty CRN is to facilitate the development of nursing staff that render care at the bedside.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****Education:** Graduate of an accredited Associate School of Nursing. Baccalaureate School of Nursing (BSN) required with a Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.**Certifications**: Current ACLS and BLS required. Instructor cards or AHA Training Center Faculty status preferred.**Licensure**: Current RN License in the State of Tennessee**Experience:** Minimum of three years of clinical experience in clinical setting specific to role; some management experience and previous teaching skills preferred.**Skills:** Nursing skills as defined in the Law Governing the Practice of Nursing in Tennessee. Good interpersonal skills and ability to learn management skills.
