Job summary

The role requires 5+ years managing multiple locations, a driver’s license, and the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Base location in the Tampa Bay area with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years managing multiple locations in a retail or service environment.
• Proven track record of business growth in a multi-unit environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and Develop High-Performing Multi-Unit Teams across locations.
• Deliver a Consistent Retail Customer Experience by coaching teams.
• Drive Financial Performance Across Multiple Locations through effective revenue and expense management.
• Ensure Compliance and Operational Standards across all sites with HR, safety and procedures.
• Lead Multi-Unit Operations including regular store visits and leadership alignment.
