Job summary

Tulane University is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to oversee and participate in the operation and upkeep of campus facilities. The role includes general maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, and moving furniture, equipment, and trash as needed.

As an Essential Personnel role, the incumbent may be required to report for duty during emergencies and critical tasks, with supervision as needed to ensure completion of work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of general maintenance experience.
• CDL License (preferred)
