• Visually inspect and diagnose problems.
• Maintain all inspection and log sheets.

Skills

Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical and plumbing

Skills in the use of hand and power tools

Mathematical skills

Knowledge of HVAC systems

Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds

Effective communication skills in English

Education
