Job summary

All Weather Contractors seeks a Property Maintenance Technician to support multi-family communities in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform multi-trade repairs, unit turns, and general property maintenance onsite, applying craftsmanship and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with a home office team, enjoy weekly pay, ESOP eligibility, prevailing wage project opportunities, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and safety training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on property maintenance, construction, or multi-family renovation.
• Own and maintain personal hand tools required for multi-trade maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work from ladders or scaffolding up to three stories high.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute turn-key punch work to prepare units for occupancy.
• Perform multi-trade maintenance, including finish carpentry, tile repairs, concrete touch-ups, and basic plumbing.
• Install and repair cabinets, doors, windows, trim, framing, subfloors, and fixtures per project specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely to complete daily maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Inspect completed repair work for quality standards and report material needs to division leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites in compliance with company safety standards.
