Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme, and regular overtime.

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative with Plumbing and Carpentry experience to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first-class service to our properties covering North London and surrounding areas.

The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to their specialist trades and secondary trades. The work should be completed efficiently and within required deadlines.
