Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme, and regular overtime.

Location: Borehamwood

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Opportunity: Multi Trade Operative with Plumbing Experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative with plumbing experience to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first-class service to our properties covering Borehamwood and surrounding areas.

The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to their trades and secondary trades. The work should be completed efficiently and within deadlines.

As a London Region operative, you’ll be eligible for an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
