Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme, and regular overtime.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative with Floor Laying experience to join our team in Islington and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will deliver first-class maintenance and repair services across our properties.

The role involves carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to your specialist trades and secondary trades. Work should be completed efficiently and within deadlines.

As a London-based operative, you will be eligible for an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.

How to Apply

If you are a reliable, experienced Floor Layer with skills in other trades and excellent customer care, we want to hear from you. It is essential that you have demonstrable skills in cap and cove flooring, floor welding, poly safe flooring, timber floor repairs, and floor preparation (latex self-levelling, waste gulleys, tray formers).

You must hold a valid UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
