Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter who has skills in repairing Windows to join our team. Ideally someone who also has Plumbing skills.

A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

As an operative working in the London Region, you’ll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.

If you’re a reliable, experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades and can provide good customer care, we want to hear from you. It is desirable that you also have Plumbing skills.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
