MyMichigan Health is seeking a skilled plumber to maintain and repair plumbing systems across the organization. The role requires reading blueprints, following specifications, and delivering reliable service with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and maintain an active core-trade license; a Michigan plumber license is preferred. The position emphasizes teamwork, independence, and ongoing training within a technology-driven health system.

Formación

• Knowledge and competency of core trade, construction, blueprint reading, electricity, and mathematics.
• Must maintain an active license in core trade.
• Licensed Plumber preferred; other skilled trades will be considered.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; State license required.

Responsabilidades

• Works from verbal and written orders, sketches, drawings and manufacturers specifications.
• Performs programmed and preventative maintenance; installs, lubricates and repairs machinery and equipment.
• Repairs plumbing equipment and dismantles equipment; replaces faulty mechanical, electrical and plumbing parts.
• Studies blueprints and diagrams to ascertain layout location and installation requirements.
