Qualifications

• Knowledge and competency of core trade, construction, blueprint reading, electricity, and mathematics.
• Must maintain an active license in core trade.
• Licensed Plumber preferred; other skilled trades will be considered.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; State license required.

Responsibilities

• Works from verbal and written orders, sketches, drawings and manufacturers specifications.
• Performs programmed and preventative maintenance; installs, lubricates and repairs machinery and equipment.
• Repairs plumbing equipment and dismantles equipment; replaces faulty mechanical, electrical and plumbing parts.
• Studies blueprints and diagrams to ascertain layout location and installation requirements.
