Qualifications

• Four years of journey-level experience in a mechanical or facilities trade.
• Ability to read blueprints and estimate cost, time, and materials.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and troubleshoot building systems and equipment.
• Update CMMS and building automation systems with work details.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
