Keystone Electrical Manufacturing, now part of Hubbell Incorporated, is seeking an Assembler to join a climate-controlled plant in Des Moines. You may contribute across production steps, including painting, wiring, conduit installation, and label application, with assignments based on business needs and your experience.

Ideal candidates have good communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and multitask.
• Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).
• High School diploma (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Painting.
• Wire panels and switchgear.
• Form and install pneumatic tubing and electrical conduit.
• Install mimic bus.
• Form, cut and install Panduit.
• Apply nameplates, signs and tags.
• Machine Operator.
• Crating.
• Other production related tasks.
