Keystone Electrical Manufacturing, now part of Hubbell Incorporated, is seeking an Assembler to join a climate-controlled plant in Des Moines. You may contribute across production steps, including painting, wiring, conduit installation, and label application, with assignments based on business needs and your experience.

Ideal candidates have good communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

Starting Rate: $22.22 per hour. Top Assembler makes $28.61 per hour.

A Day In The Life

As a General Assembler, you could have the oppourtunitiy to contribute in a variety of areas throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilibites may include:

• Painting
• Wire panels and switchgear
• Form and install pneumatic tubing and Electrical conduit
• Install mimic bus
• Form, cut and install Panduit
• Apply nameplates, signs and tags
• Machine Operator
• Crating
• Other production related tasks.

Assignments are based on business needs as well as your experience, skills, and qualifications, allowing employees to develop expertise and grow within the organization.
