Responsibilities

• Deliver both stores and personal sales goals and all KPI’s.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve mall and store goals.
• Inspire team through growth plans, PIPs, and follow-up to promote accountability.
• Coach and develop the team to enhance mall performance and brand standards.
• Recruit and hire to staffing needs, using company tools.
• Onboard and train staff, reflecting progress in saturation reports.
