Job summary

Best Buy in Wisconsin seeks a Multi-store Retail Director to oversee two to six stores, partnering with general managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong financial results. You’ll lead a team across micro-markets with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitable performance.

You will allocate time across locations, recruit and develop staff, implement strategy, and ensure effective execution across store, online, and in-home channels.

Qualifications

Job description

As a Multi-store Retail Director, you’ll oversee two to six Best Buy stores, working with general managers and store employees to create excellent customer experiences and deliver strong financial results. Internally, these groups of stores are known as micro-markets. In this role, you’ll serve an area that drives a medium volume of customer traffic. You’ll identify problems unique to each location and provide appropriate solutions. To thrive in this role, you must adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment.

• Lead and manage a retail workforce across multiple locations, motivating the team to achieve their career goals while creating excellent customer experiences
• Provide strong leadership to ensure successful execution of strategy and profitable performance

Basic Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail leadership, consumer electronics or related fields
• Prior experience in multi-unit business operations
