Domino's Pizza in Centennial, CO is seeking a store operations leader responsible for driving results across assigned locations. You will manage P&L, oversee food, labor, and service goals, and ensure stores meet Domino’s standards.

You will lead staffing, training, maintenance, and implementation of new products while maintaining budgets and safety protocols. The role requires strong management experience and a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Ensure food, labor and service goals are within targets.
• P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
• Maintain minimum 50-hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed minimum TIPs and Domino’s standards.
• Ensure staff training and staffing levels are adequate.
• Oversee repair and maintenance across all stores.
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
• Maintain a minimum 4-star level across stores.
• Perform self OERs in the first week of each period and make necessary corrections.
• Complete evaluations and raises as needed, with paperwork and DO notified.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments, reports and paperwork.
• Verify store-level reports and paperwork are complete and accurate.
• Maintain knowledge of product and operational standards.
• Observe safety and security procedures and ensure equipment is functional.
• Maintain store budgets.
• Prepare and deliver school lunches within required standards.
• Provide accurate accountability and maintain paper trail.
• Ensure all equipment is available and utilized correctly.
• Perform monthly inventory checks at each store.
• Use systems checklists and visit books as required.
