Responsibilities

• Detect and apprehend shoplifters using CCTV in a multi-store environment.
• Use CCTV to create video records for law enforcement and internal use.
• Troubleshoot CCTV equipment malfunctions.
• Provide testimony in court as required by law enforcement.
• Report internal integrity issues to the assigned loss prevention representative.
• Communicate effectively with customers and law enforcement personnel.
• Perform other security and loss prevention duties to ensure a safe environment for customers and Team Members.
• Maintain safety as the top priority for Team Members, guests and products.
