Job summary

Elite Wireless Corporation in Naples, FL is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple retail locations, develop Store Managers, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across your market.

You’ll coach leaders, analyze performance data, recruit and develop talent, and lead a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer experiences across stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Three or more years of multi-unit retail management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing retail teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with ability to travel regularly between stores.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple retail locations and partner with Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Drive sales performance by coaching store teams to exceed goals.
• Analyze sales trends and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Provide real-time coaching during store visits and support business needs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to performance standards.
• Recruit, develop, and staff stores to meet business needs.
• Deliver engaging training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and leadership.
• Share best practices across stores to raise consistency and results.
