Job summary

Yellowstone Local represents Atomic Wings, a fast-casual restaurant known for quality wings and quick service. No previous restaurant experience is required; training will be provided.

This full-time role offers 31–40 hours per week with morning and evening shifts, plus opening/closing duties and hands-on cross-training across front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You’ll learn cooking, food preparation, food safety, and customer service while growing in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• No restaurant or cooking experience required; training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• ServSafe or equivalent food handler certification required
• Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Good communication and teamwork
• Flexibility for morning or evening shifts
• Opening/closing availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Open the restaurant and prepare store for daily operations
• Complete food prep before and during shift
• Prepare and cook Atomic Wings menu items according to recipes
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Assist customers with friendly, professional service
• Keep stations and workspaces clean and organized
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
• Complete assigned opening, prep, cleaning, and operational duties
• Communicate with team to keep orders accurate and moving
• Be flexible to take on different responsibilities as needed
