This role requires ability to read blueprints, work across multiple stations to balance line flow, and support inventory and training of newer staff.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read detailed technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Independently assemble components and subassemblies from drawings and instructions.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD-based documents such as eDrawings.
• Work more than one station on the line to support flow and coverage.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect, test, and verify assemblies meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common assembly issues.
• Support inventory handling and material flow.
• Assist in training or guiding entry-level assemblers.
