Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group in Cleveland is seeking a Multi-State Traveling Podiatrist to provide care in skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. Travel expenses and licensing support are provided; flexible scheduling and competitive pay with benefits are included.

The role requires a DPM, multi-state licensure, BLS certification, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. EMR documentation is done on an iPad as part of the job.

Qualifications

• DPM degree required.
• Active or eligible state licensure (multi-state licensing supported).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver podiatric care in long-term care facilities and senior living communities.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage foot and lower limb conditions.
• Provide preventive diabetic foot care and overall foot health education.
• Educate patients and caregivers on foot health and mobility.
• Collaborate with facility staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure high-quality care.
• Document visits in the EMR using a company-issued iPad.
