You will deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management; educate patients and caregivers; collaborate with facility staff; document

Qualifications

• DPM degree required and active licensure in multi-state setting is supported
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Responsabilités

• Deliver podiatric care in long-term care and senior living facilities
• Diagnose, treat, and manage foot and lower limb conditions
• Provide diabetic foot management and preventive care
• Educate patients and caregivers on foot health and mobility
• Document visits in NextGen EMR using the company-issued iPad
