We are hiring remote positions for candidates in AL, AR, GA, ID, IA, KS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WV, and WY! Pay rate: $11.50/hour

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound phone calls from clients to assist with non-emergency medical transportation needs.
  • Use technology to improve operational models for transportation services in the healthcare industry.
  • Assist patients in getting to and from medical appointments safely and on time.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and determine the best options.
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Adapt to different customer types and use positive language to represent yourself and the company.
  • Handle escalated customer interactions with excellent customer service skills.
Work Environment and Workspace
  • Dedicated home office with a separate room and door.
  • Adequate space to set up the workstation.
  • Ability to hardwire internet connection.
  • Three power connections.
  • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours.
  • Availability throughout your shift; flexibility for non-work-related tasks is not possible.
Preferred Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Experience supporting brand products and services.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred.
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with supporting consumer products and/or services.

Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts, full-time.
  • Shifts range from early mornings to early evenings.
  • Includes weekend shifts.
  • Schedules are assigned during the interview and will remain fixed.
