Youth Athletes United (YAU) is a leading educational sports program throughout the country. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic youth sports coach to join our team. As a coach, you will work with small groups of children across various ages, developing their skills, physical literacy, and teamwork abilities. At YAU, we believe in using positive reinforcement and maintaining a low child-to-coach ratio to help each child feel confident, regardless of their age or skill level. With over 20 years of experience, we have a best-in-class curriculum that is specific and progressive to meet every child's developmental needs.
As a coach, your role will be instrumental in developing children's gross motor skills and socialization skills, making a positive impact on their lives. Whether through classes, camps, afterschool programs, birthday parties, or team training, you will contribute to making a difference in the lives of over 100,000 participants each year.
This position is ideal for part-time workers, retirees, high school and college students, stay-at-home parents, nannies, teachers, and anyone with a flexible schedule who has a passion for sports, loves working with young children, and wants to give back to the community. The preferred experience includes working with Tennis, Golf, Pickleball, or Football.
Schedules typically fall between Monday-Friday, 2pm - 6pm, depending on your location.
Compensation starts at $21 per hour upon completing the coach test, with potential increases up to $25 based on experience.
