Job summary

XCaliber Container is seeking a Welder in Graham, TX to join our production team. You will perform MIG/TIG welds and assist across multiple areas to keep schedules and quality high.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will read blueprints, inspect welds, operate forklifts and power tools, and follow strict safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. Shift is 6:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch; some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in relevant field preferred.
• Welding certification preferred.
• Proven experience (1 year) welding, with proficiency in multiple production skills.
• Strong technical skills and ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks, including MIG and TIG welding, to assemble metal components and structures according to specifications.
• Interpret and follow welding blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct visual inspections of welded joints to detect defects and ensure conformance to quality standards.
• Works in conjunction with other crews and project leads.
• Maintains responsibility for all tools and equipment assigned to the group.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE when operating grinding equipment.
