Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Take and record vital signs (height, weight, glucose, I&O).
• Perform EKG and phlebotomy as delegated by RN.
• Document patient data accurately and completely.
• Maintain stocked, clean patient rooms and assist with other duties as assigned.
