Job Details

Position: Multi-Skilled Remodeler, Carpenter and Handyman

Compensation: Ranges from $45,000 to over $55,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Perform various home repair and remodeling tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, window and door installation, deck repairs, electrical, and plumbing.
• Manage job estimates for labor and materials, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Work independently or in teams, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience preferred, with valid credentials.
• Own hand and power tools required; larger equipment provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work occasional Saturdays and evenings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of home repairs and maintenance.
