Job summary

The Asahi Kasei Plastics North America, Inc. is hiring a Multi- Skilled Production Technician to operate site equipment and perform testing on a 12-hour rotating shift.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift premium, and this direct hire position includes excellent benefits. Responsibilities include operating plant, warehouse, and lab equipment, performing analytical testing of materials, and ensuring EH&S and Quality standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years in industrial environment preferred.
• Forklift certification required (company certifies on-the-job).
• Able to operate site equipment, laboratory, and office computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate site equipment (plant, warehouse, analytical laboratory).
• Perform computer functions in plant, office, lab equipment.
• Perform analytical testing of raw material and finished product.
• Create and follow procedures, EH&S and quality standards.
