Salute is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Operator/Data Center Facilities Technician in Nevada to support on‑site electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks. The role focuses on non‑critical building maintenance and working with project managers to maintain uptime and safety at hyperscale sites.

You will perform general tasks, engage in seasonal workloads, assist with furniture setup, and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year building maintenance experience.
• Preferred: HVAC, Critical Facility Maintenance, and Construction finishing.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance tasks to keep facilities tidy and functional.
• Handle wiring, plumbing, carpentry repairs and painting as needed.
• Manage tools inventory and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal tasks.
• Set up and rearrange furniture for events; assist with special projects.

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Data Center Facilities Technician to provide building maintenance services to our client's facilities. The selected candidate will support on‑site electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs, focusing on non‑critical aspects of the buildings and grounds as directed by the Client Project Manager or designated personnel.

Location: Mccarran-Sparks Nevada - approximately 7 miles down USA Parkway

Shift Schedule (1): Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Shift Schedule (2): \"4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off\" Front‑half and Back‑half of the week 7:00am-7:00pm

Responsibilities:

General Maintenance Tasks:

• Perform general area cleanup to maintain a tidy and organized environment.
• Conduct touch‑up painting as needed to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the facility.
• Manage tool inventory and ensure tools are maintained in good working condition.
• Undertake door repairs and handle the mounting of signage as required.

Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry Tasks:

• Execute minor electrical tasks such as replacing light bulbs and addressing minor electrical issues.
• Handle minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and addressing drainage issues.
• Perform basic minor carpentry tasks to repair or improve building structures and fixtures.

Industrial Cleaning and Mechanical Tasks:

• Address specific or immediate industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Undertake light‑duty mechanical tasks to ensure equipment and systems are functioning optimally.

HVAC and Lighting Maintenance:

• Monitor and replace HVAC filters and light bulbs in designated areas to ensure efficient operation and lighting.

Furniture and Event Setup:

• Assist in hanging wall art and shelving to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the facility.
• Dismantle and install furniture and cabinets as needed for reorganization or renovations.
• Set up and take down tables and chairs for special meetings or events as directed.

Seasonal Tasks:

• Perform snow removal during the winter season to maintain safe access to the facility.
• Assist with landscaping and clean‑up tasks to enhance the outdoor areas of the facility.

Special Projects:

• Handle carpet cleaning or replacement projects as required.
• Undertake other tasks and special projects designated by the Client Project Manager or designated personnel.

Qualifications:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HVAC,Critical Facility Maintenance, and Construction Finishing are a plus.

Skills:Proficiency in a range of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Must be able to work from heights.

Adaptability: Ability to handle various tasks and projects with attention to detail and quality.

Communication:Effective communication skills and strong customer service skills to coordinate with project managers and team members.

Safety Conscious: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Problem‑Solving:Strong problem‑solving abilities to address maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
