Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Must be able to work rotating on-call duty per policy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate routine electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• Paint interiors and exteriors; maintain building surfaces and fixtures.
• Maintain building grounds; assist with moves, events and setup.
• Provide courteous service to staff, visitors, vendors and clients.
• Respond to emergencies, nights, weekends and weather events.
