Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers with repair and maintenance of district facilities, including woodwork, electrical, plumbing, painting, and fixtures.
• Inspect building exteriors/interiors, playgrounds, and grounds; perform minor repairs.
• Detect and report needed major repairs to the supervisor.
• Complete repairs on work orders or as directed by the maintenance foreman.
• Relocate furnishings and move/install school furniture and playground equipment.
