7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Huntsville, AL. You’ll respond to service requests for repairs on in-store equipment and help keep Slurpee machines and other systems running smoothly.

This role includes basic maintenance across HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and general fixtures. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/Life insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Skills: show leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for repairs to in-store equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and assist with prioritizing work.
