Responsibilities

• Perform semiskilled building maintenance tasks, including minor repairs to chairs, flooring, windows, and sash cords.
• Carry out building and equipment maintenance duties such as rough carpentry, plumbing, plastering, cement work, painting, and minor electrical repairs.
• Make boxes, forms, frames, and perform other semiskilled carpentry tasks.
• Possibly perform routine custodial duties and grounds maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, irrigation).
• Operate a vehicle to complete work assignments.
