Sigma is recruiting multi-skilled Maintenance Technicians at our South Wales plant, with a base salary of £45,500 and included shift allowance and guaranteed overtime. The role offers days and nights shifts, with weekends off and a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday, pension match, and a healthcare cash plan.

You’ll perform reactive repairs, run a planned maintenance programme and lead equipment upgrade projects, requiring a time-served apprenticeship and proven manufacturing

Maintenance Technicians – Why You Should Apply

£45,500:

Shift allowance and a small amount of guaranteed overtime are already included in the figure.

No Saturday Working:

The three-shift rota leaves every Saturday free. Two Sundays in three are yours too, with the third starting at 10pm on your nights week.

Backed to 2028:

Order books are already secured to 2028 at this successful manufacturing plant in South Wales.

Your Remuneration Package:

• £45,500 (shift allowance and a small amount of guaranteed overtime included) base salary £43,893
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• 4% matched pension and a healthcare cash plan
• Days 6am to 2pm and afternoons 2pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday), nights 10pm to 6am (Sunday to Thursday)
