7-Eleven, Inc. in Odessa, TX is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly. You will respond to repair requests, manage parts inventory, and train junior technicians while ensuring safety and efficiency across equipment and facilities.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Demonstrates leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, handles stretch assignments, facility ownership mindset, and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs on in-store equipment (beverage/food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports for efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritize work.
• Perform basic maintenance on structures and related duties as needed.
