Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician II to keep our stores running smoothly in Texas.

You’ll respond to service requests for repairs on beverage, food equipment, pumps and other in-store systems, calibrate equipment, and decide when an outside contractor is needed. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, a comprehensive benefits package, a 401(k), PTO and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for repairs on in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders for plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Calibrate pumps, dispensers and other equipment per standards.
• Advise when an outside contractor is needed.
• Manage parts inventory and daily reports for efficiency.
• Train and support less experienced technicians and manage workload.
