Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep our stores running smoothly. You’ll perform repairs on beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus (where eligible), medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for repairs on in-store equipment.
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritize workload.
