7-Eleven, Inc is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly, from HVAC and refrigeration to beverage and fuel equipment. You’ll respond to repair requests, manage parts, and help maintain facilities across locations.

The role requires 1+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with growth opportunities, sign-on bonus, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills: leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for repairs on in-store equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports for efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritize workload.
